Not satisfied with your order? No problem; Sam's Simple Decor takes refunds and exchanges. Please follow the guidelines below to return your order.
If you are not happy with your print, please contact me before you ship it back. Orders that are shipped back without notification beforehand will not be accepted and will not be refunded. The address to ship the orders back to will be on the shipping labels of the packages.
Returns are accepted up to 2 weeks after you receive the item. I have all tracking information stored, so I will know when the 2 week deadline has passed.
I will not refund the order until after I get the print back. I do NOT pay for return postage and I do NOT refund shipping fees. The total cost of the order will be refunded to you minus the original shipping cost.
Once I get the print back, I will notify you and then refund you the money.
Want a different print? Return the print back to me in its original condition and I will exchange it for another print of your choice. Again, return postage is not paid for.
